Job Responsibilities
- Operate die casting machines to produce aluminum parts according to production and quality standards.
- Set up production equipment, tools, and materials before each production run.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain efficient operation.
- Safely unload machinery and remove finished products from equipment.
- Inspect parts for defects and verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Perform assembly, packaging, and inspection duties as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures when working around industrial machinery and molten metal.
- Complete repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment around machinery and molten metal.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Experience
- Die casting, metal manufacturing, or automotive production experience.
- Assembly, inspection, or packaging experience.
- Experience working in a light industrial manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This position is based in a clean manufacturing facility with approximately 70โ100 employees producing aluminum components for the automotive industry. Employees work around industrial equipment and molten metal in a production environment that can be warm and physically active. Teamwork, safety, and quality are key to success in this role.
