CT/MR Field Service Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 plus benefits
About the Company:
Our client is a respected independent service provider supporting advanced diagnostic imaging systems across hospitals and outpatient facilities. Their focus is on delivering responsive technical support, minimizing system downtime, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
Role Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of CT and MRI systems throughout the Phoenix region. You will respond to both scheduled and emergency service calls, ensure accurate service documentation, and act as a trusted technical resource for customers. Travel is primarily local with occasional regional support as required.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing CT and/or MRI systems
• Experience with GE and Siemens equipment is desirable but not essential
• Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and service reporting tools
• Familiarity with DICOM and PACS is advantageous
