Job description

Kizuki is a locally owned, Japanese style Ramen restaurant, with a passion for authenticity.
Kizuki is seeking both part-time and full-time Servers. Our Servers are the ambassadors who connect the Kizuki experience with our guests, and always deliver the best experience.
At Kizuki, we know how important it is to have a flexible schedule, and we are proud to offer that flexibility to our employees based on your ability to work.


Responsibilities:
o Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times
o Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
o Follow Kizuki’s operational policies and procedures
o Be punctual and on-time.
o Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor.
o Educate and engage guests about ramen and the Kizuki brand.
o Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
o A min of 1 years’ experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
o Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers’ needs
o Excellent verbal communication skills
o Must have valid food handler’s permit, alcohol serving license preferred
