The league was founded in 2018 and aims to combine cutting-edge technology, athleticism, and sustainability to create exciting, fast-paced racing events around the world. SailGP events are held in iconic waterfront cities, and the series is known for its close competition, innovative broadcast coverage, and commitment to environmental responsibility. Teams accumulate points throughout the season, with the top teams competing in a grand final for the championship.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a SailGP team member?
