SAIC is currently hiring an Radio Frequency Engineer to support our team in North Charleston, SC.

Job Duties:

  • Research, design, and develop sophisticated communication systems capable of demodulating and decrypting RF signals
  • Design and develop custom printed circuit boards (PCB)
  • Integrating hardware and software components
  • Develop and execute test plans for system-level validation of hardware and software components
  • Develop technical reports and present findings to stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and two years of experience, four years of experience in lieu of degree

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Programming: Python, Java, Assembly, C, HTML, CSS
  • Engineering Tools: KiCad, KeySight ADS, LibreVNA, Matlab, LTSpice, Tensorflow, Autodesk Inventor
  • Hardware Tools: Dataman (ISP Programmer), Vector Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Function Generators, Multimeters
  • Software: Git, Wireshark, Linux, Windows, Microsoft Office, Jira, Bitbucket
