Sagitec serves a prestigious client base of leading Pension Administration organizations across North America. We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and engaging Senior Account Manager to join our growing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.
This role is designed for individuals who combine relationship management with data-driven insights and proactive client strategy.
The Sr. Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our existing client base while driving revenue growth and expanding Sagitec's footprint within client organizations.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Pension CRM, the Sr. Account Manager will lead account strategy, strengthen client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the pension domain.
The ideal candidate will be a curious problem solver who enjoys proactively engaging with clients, anticipating their needs, and building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and manage relationships with major Pension Administration clients, including senior executive stakeholders
  • Own and maintain account plans including objectives, risks, opportunities, and revenue roadmap
  • Own and drive revenue growth across assigned accounts including expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Analyze client signals such as stakeholder feedback and board communications to identify risks and opportunities
  • Translate insights into actionable account strategies and engagement plans
  • Consult with clients on operations and drive measurable process and organizational improvements
  • Act as central orchestrator across delivery, product, and support teams
  • Align account strategy with implementation lifecycle, stabilization, and operational maturity
  • Track customer satisfaction and engagement through structured programs
  • Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted tools to enhance account strategy and insights

What we're looking for:
  • 4+ years of proven account management, customer relationship management, or client success experience in B2B technology/software, financial services, and/or pension industry
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience in related fields
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Excellent interpersonal sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Well-developed organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Experience managing complex client environments and working collaboratively across internal teams and client organizations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to financial services or pension industry-specific challenges
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, platforms, and evolving client needs
  • Comfortable leveraging data, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to enhance decision-making and productivity
  • Experience with pension industry practices preferred
  • College degree (or equivalent) required
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
