Job description

Our client is a commercial contractor and has been in business since 1990, they range between 40-60 million yearly. We require a Preconstruction Manager who can run the entire department. They must be able to function independently. We are seeking someone with a competitive attitude and has experience with Hard bids.

This General Contractor is in Middle Georgia specializing in municipalities, educational, and religious institutions. The Preconstruction Director is the lead for project financials, risk management, and client relations. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations. They are currently 60/40 with a hard bid. Most of the jobs are in schools, car dealerships, and churches with a few private companies. Our ideal candidate is currently bidding on municipalities, K-12, and Higher Education. 


Experience with software is Sage Software (Timberline) is required
