If you have strong construction safety experience and the required credentials, ESR offers flexible contract opportunities across multiple industries and over 30+ US states.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site safety authority and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and NFPA requirements.
  • Conduct daily jobsite inspections and identify existing and potential hazards.
  • Drive corrective actions and ensure safety issues are addressed.
  • Complete daily safety documentation, including inspection reports, JSAs, incident reports, photos, and corrective action logs.
  • Investigate workplace injuries and illnesses and recommend preventative measures.
  • Enforce PPE requirements and jobsite safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate safety files and records.
  • Communicate safety findings and recommendations to workers, supervisors, and site management.
  • Represent ESR and our clients professionally on the jobsite.
Required Qualifications
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of field safety experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety and the ability to interpret OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and technical manuals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team

  • CHST
  • BCSP certification
  • NFPA 70E
  • EM 385-1-1
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
