In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the pavement marking projects, ensuring that they are executed with the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of workers, coordinating activities on-site and ensuring that each aspect of the project meets our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pavement marking within the construction industry and will possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage team dynamics in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise pavement marking projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Schedule and delegate daily tasks to crew members effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, and equipment used.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pavement marking techniques and materials.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • At least 3 or more years' experience as a field foreman.
