Job description

Relocation assistance provided for non-local candidates (Morgantown, PA)


A global metals manufacturer is seeking an EHS Manager at their site near Morgantown, PA. Working closely with local leadership and the corporate EHS team, the incumbent will develop and maintain safety programs at the facility, aiming to minimize safety risks, ensure compliance with relevant regulatory agencies, and implement corporate initiatives.


The Role:

  • Develop, manage, and implement EHS programs in line with federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
  • Develop and implement new and revised programs such as LOTO, Emergency Response, Fall Protection, etc.
  • Conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
  • Develop and review risk assessments, such as JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses).
  • Develop and drive safety initiatives that foster a positive safety culture.


The Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Occupational Safety, or a relevant major.
  • 8+ years of EHS experience in heavy manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
