Our Shriver campus is located right off of Route 2 in Devens, MA and services between 200 and 300 students at any given time with rolling admissions weekly. Our 21-acre campus houses a gym, basketball courts, dormitories, full-service cafeteria, wellness clinic, classrooms, trade workshops, offices, and more.

Job Description

The Safety & Security Advisor is responsible for providing a safe and secure living and working environment for students and staff. Assists in the investigation of accidents and incidents with the goal of resolution and reduction of future occurrences. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in maintaining a safe and secure Center environment
  • Investigating all accidents/incidents and prepares reports and recommends corrective action
  • Conducting routine safety inspections and assessments for potential safety and security hazards
  • Enforcing OSHA regulations and standards
  • Conducting security tours and assists with monitoring and supervision of students
  • Responding to emergency situations, dorm inspections, contraband search

Schedule

  • Saturday-Wednesday, 3:00 PM-12:00 AM

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associated Degree preferred.
  • Must possess valid MA driver License and meet insurability requirements.
