HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team of employee-owners at our Moline, ILlocation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Interviewing for entry-level hourly positions
  • New employee orientation and onboarding
  • Maintaining training and personnel files
  • Work comp administration
  • Safety program administration
  • Facilitating employee ownership committee and activities and other duties as required

Candidates with experience in the following areas preferred:

  • HR Generalist background
  • Industrial or Manufacturing Experience
  • ADP payroll/HRIS system

Position to work onsite to support 3-shift 24x7 production environment.
