Kintec Global is partnered with an engineering leader to recruit a Process Safety Engineering Manager to join their team in Houston. If you are a highly experienced process safety professional ready to lead, mentor, and drive business growth while working on major onshore and offshore oil & gas projects across the Americas, this is your opportunity to thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment.


As Manager, Process Safety Engineering, you will lead and develop a team of Process Safety Engineers in Houston while serving as the primary subject matter expert. Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on process safety deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and industry/regulatory requirements, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will develop CTRs and proposals, collaborate with other disciplines on consequence analyses.


The ideal candidate brings a bachelorโ€™s degree in chemical engineering and a minimum of 15 yearsโ€™ experience delivering process safety services to onshore and offshore projects with extensive Gulf of America expertise. You must also have at least 10 years in a management/lead role on large scale projects. Strong knowledge of PHA facilitation (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SILA), QRA, Safety Cases (ALARP), Bow Tie Analysis, CFD, PHAST, PHA-Pro.


This experience will be coupled with key industry contacts, along with excellent business development and client-facing skills.
