Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA)

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth.

As a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

  • Providing caregiver coaching and support
  • Conducting behavioral assessments
  • Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs and ABA students
  • Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, social workers, educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
