Job description

We are seeking a Safety & Reliability Representative to support our Fab Shop and assigned customer sites by promoting a safe and compliant work environment. In this role, you will help prevent injuries and incidents through training, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement of safety practices.
What You Will Do
  • Develop and deliver training on OSHA regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements.
  • Maintain required safety documentation, including accident reports, inspection reports, and training records.
  • Perform job site analyses to identify employee exposure and implement safe work procedures.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections; document findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead accident investigations and partner with Human Resources on return-to-work programs.
  • Plan and execute safety function requirements for the fab shop and job sites.
  • Implement preventive measures and recommend improvements to unsafe conditions, materials, or equipment.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Fab Shop Manager.

Position Details
  • Reports to: Fab Shop Manager
  • Onsite at Phoenix, AZ Fab Shop
  • Travel: Up to 30% to local job sites

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • 5-10 years of safety experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 standards.
  • First Aid, CPR, and OSHA 500 certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
