Qualifications

  • High School graduate or above with 1-3 years of administrative experience in data entry within industrial settings would be preferred
  • DOT, OSHA and NFPA experience
  • Administrative experience with effective verbal and written communications skills are required for this position (Bilingual English/Spanish) required
  • Maintains confidentiality related to environmental and safety issues
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience in an office setting
  • Minimum 2 years hands on experience and dealing with EHS
  • Experience in construction safety
Certifications
  • 1. OSHA 30-Hour Training: This is the baseline. It demonstrates a solid understanding of OSHA standards
