Safety Ambassador - Harrah's Laughlin

Why It's More Than a Job
As a Safety Ambassador, you play a vital role in creating a secure, welcoming environment for both Team Members and guests. You support the Security Department by assisting with safety protocols, monitoring designated entrances, and delivering the warm, attentive Family Style Service that defines Caesars Entertainment.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and Team Members at assigned entrance locations
  • Assist with thermal temperature scanning and other safety procedures
  • Answer questions and provide helpful information to guests and Team Members
  • Conduct safety patrols to ensure a secure, comfortable environment
  • Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service at all times
  • Monitor entrance activity and report unusual behavior or safety concerns
  • Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols
  • Assist Security Officers with crowd control during peak periods or special events
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance and checkpoint areas
  • Document and report incidents, observations, or safety issues to Security leadership
  • Provide directions, wayfinding assistance, and general support to guests
  • Assist with lost and found procedures as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Security Department
  • Stand or sit for long periods during the shift
  • Maneuver in confined spaces
  • Frequent guest and Team Member interaction
  • Reach, bend, stoop, twist
  • Ability to hear clearly and communicate effectively
  • Type and use computer systems
  • Read, write, and understand English
  • Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
