Position Summary
The Project Manager leads A&I projects from kickoff to closeout-owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer communication. The role coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services, OT/Cyber, and vendors to deliver safe, quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, and budgets; manage changes, risks, and issues.
  • Run internal/externals status meetings; communicate progress, action items, and decisions.
  • Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Services.
  • Manage subcontracts, procurement, and invoicing milestones; ensure documentation and closeout.
  • Track KPIs (OTD, margin, cash flow) and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management in utilities/industrial automation; multi-discipline coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), financial tracking, and contract/change management.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Business; PMP preferred.
