What is a safe ride support specialist?

A Safe Ride Support Specialist is a professional who assists in coordinating and supporting safe transportation services, often for ridesharing or campus safety programs. Their responsibilities typically include monitoring ride requests, providing customer service, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. They may work with drivers and passengers to resolve issues and facilitate a safe environment for all users.
