SaddleBrooke Two is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning team and lead the MountainView Bar & Grill team. The restaurants at SaddleBrooke Two are a cornerstone in the community, where both members and guests enjoy great food in a social atmosphere, with a spectacular view of the Santa Catalina Mountains.


What You'll Do:

As a member of the Food and Beverage team, the MountainView Bar and Grill restaurant manager ensures members and guests enjoy a unique SaddleBrooke Two dining experience. The manager builds professional relationships with members and guests; is a constant and visible presence during service; and promotes excellent customer service.


The manager is responsible for:

  • Ensure the daily operation of an efficient customer service driven dining, bar, and banquet operation.
  • Work as a liaison between dining room and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain labor costs, and purchasing, receiving, and checking in orders, and inventory of liquor and other supplies to ensure the restaurant is operating within the budgetary guidelines.
  • Interview, hire, train, schedule and assist with disciplinary actions for front of the house staff to best meet guest expectations.
  • Promote safe workplace practices.
  • Manage the reservation system, and dine-in and carry-out guest services efficiently
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments.
  • Perform closing activities, reconcile banks during the shift.
  • Produce post-shift report.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Three+ years of experience in Food & Beverage.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Food Handler's card.
  • Alcohol server training.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage daily operations.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • General computer knowledge.
