Work You'll Do
  • Design and implement of end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions using SAP BDC, Datasphere, SAC, and Databricks.
  • Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP sources, ensuring robust data quality, governance, and security.
  • Develop and optimize data models, pipelines, and semantic layers to support business intelligence and advanced analytics use cases.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and deliver impactful analytics outcomes.
  • Provide training, enablement, and best practices to client teams and end users.
  • Stay current on SAP's analytics roadmap and emerging features in Datasphere, SAC, and Databricks.
  • Recommend solution enhancements and support clients in adopting modern analytics tools and methodologies.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 0-80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP analytics, reporting, and data management.
  • 5+ years of combined experience SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Databricks
  • 5+ years of experience dashboarding, visualization, and business intelligence tools
  • 2+ years experience leading project delivery or mentoring team members

Preferred:
  • SAP certification in Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, or related modules.
  • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other analytics programming languages.
  • Secret Clearance or above.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,00 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
