PURPOSE OF POSITION:

An Intensive Case Management Supervisor at Catholic Charities:

  •  Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to case management staff
  • Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and coverage to ensure program needs and resident safety are met
  • Provide leadership and guidance in service delivery and case management practices
  • Deliver direct case management services and oversee participant care
  • Implement program objectives and ensure compliance with VA and agency standards
  • Manage program data, reporting, and performance outcomes
  • Support program development and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain community partnerships and coordinate with service providers
  • Facilitate groups and support participants in housing and stabilization goals
  • Assist with budget oversight and program operations 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Serves as a professional liaison with service providers, grantor representatives and the general public to help foster positive relationships. 
  • Good steward of Agency human, financial and capital resources. 
  • Participates effectively as a team member through communication, cooperation, information sharing and problem solving. 
  • Participates in staff trainings and programs as required. 
  • Any other tasks or duties as assigned. 

SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Supervises Case Management staff  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed LCSW or LPC required
Master's degree in a related human services field
2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in homelessness services
Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills
Experience with data tracking, reporting, and program oversight 


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

 Licensed LPC or LCSW. Masters degree in Mental Health, Guidance and Counseling, or closely related human service field from an accredited college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience/knowledge in the field of homelessness highly valued.  

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

  • LSW, MFLT, LCSW or LPC required. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $75,000-85,000 per year. Full Time.

Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their

career. Training provided within the first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety;

Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health; Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed

Care; and many more.

  • Extensive Paid Time Off (4 weeks accrual for new employees - increasing based on tenure) promoting work life balance.

  • Sabbatical Leave Program: Employees who have completed seven years of continuous full-time service are eligible for a paid sabbatical leave to support rest, renewal, and professional or personal growth. Eligible staff may take 4 weeks of sabbatical leave. 
  • 403b Retirement Plan with Agency contribution of 4% & match up to 2% of annual compensation.
  • Choice of 3 PPO Medical Plans (90% of employee's and 75% of dependent's premiums is paid by Agency), Dental, & Vision starting the 1st day of the month following start date.
  • May be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through Federal Student Loans and many more benefits.

**Part-time employees (20-29 hours per week) also receive paid annual leave, company paid

holidays, and 403b retirement plan with agency contribution and match.
