About the Client

A high-velocity workplace technology SaaS provider that has captured the North American market and is deploying capital to build localized commercial frameworks across Western Europe and the APAC region.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly strategic Director of International Sales Expansion to lead our new-market entry plays. You will evaluate target geographic landscapes, design localized commercial playbooks, secure foundational customer wins, and hire initial local sales squads on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate the core corporate GTM strategy into highly customized, localized sales playbooks that respect regional buying habits.
  • Act as the lead executive closer for foundational enterprise contract acquisitions within newly targeted geographic markets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and establish operational boundaries for the initial core hiring pods (AEs, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers) in new regions.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Product Management to highlight critical localization or regional security compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
  • 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience coupled with a track record of successfully expanding commercial operations into new international regions.
  • High adaptability, comfortable navigating ambiguous environments, localized corporate cultures, and disparate market dynamics.
  • Experience managing cross-border commercial pipelines and setting up initial remote office hubs.
