Your Role - Oracle Enterprise Cloud Architects bridge the gap between business and technology -speaking the value language of business and technology with Clevel individuals. They combine a deep understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, business processes and architectural patterns to drive IT transformation initiatives that meet the business objectives of our customers. Ideal Candidates will be senior level professionals who not only possess deep experience with technology transformation but also significant experience in cloud.

  • Articulate case for change
  • GTM/Pre-Sales experience
  • Lead detailed discovery analysis
  • Conduct repeatable strategy, architecture, roadmap and planning workshops
  • Provide assessment of current state architecture and recommendation of future state architecture
  • Provide detailed sizing and associated justification
  • Identify and evangelize key business and technology benefits of adoption
  • Provide roadmap and migration methodology and identify quick wins
  • Advise on organizational impact of solutions
  • Remain fully aware of relevant architectural programs and assets from Oracle

Your skills and experience

  • 15+ years of Implementing ERPs , including 2-3 years of Cloud Experience.
  • Consulting firm experience
  • E2E Implementation experience as SCM solution architect  in Cloud Procurement and Order Management Cloud, at least 3 projects
  • Ability to architect and document functional integration design
  • Knowledge of Inventory Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud
  • Lead Enterprise Design workshops and architect Oracle SaaS with third party systems for SCM processes
  • Review requirements and recommend configuration/solution
  • Configure Cloud environment if required
  • Troubleshoot issues arising out of testing
  • Experience in Hypercare production support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, ability to connect and establish rapport with business and architects
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Self-guided and motivated individual capable of producing with minimal oversight
  • Results oriented and excellent problem-solving ability

Steer the client thinking on business transformation, tuned to their needs, and applying the specific SaaS Solutions on a global scale. As SaaS Solutions architect, one must lead pursuits, group offerings and have a broad understanding of SaaS Solutions across multiple platforms and the way they can interwork to achieve business needs of clients. At group level, one should aggregate thinking, strategy and roadmap for collaborating and driving Capgemini goals at grouporSBU level. Develop trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups and key partners such as SaaS product companies and complementary services providers.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$123,750 - $282,00

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
