Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to guide a complex ERP/WMS technology program in Greer, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who can coordinate multiple interconnected platforms, align cross-functional teams, and keep execution on track in a fast-moving Agile environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to oversee planning, governance, and deployment activities that support critical business operations.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the full program lifecycle for a multi-application technology initiative, overseeing timelines, financials, scope decisions, and issue resolution.

• Build and maintain clear program oversight across parallel workstreams so stakeholders have accurate visibility into progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.

• Collaborate with product leaders, business partners, technical teams, and vendor project managers to synchronize priorities and resolve interdependencies.

• Direct external implementation partners and service providers to ensure delivery commitments align with statements of work and contractual targets.

• Develop an integrated roadmap that connects Agile delivery cycles with operational deadlines, including business-critical cutover periods.

• Facilitate cross-system planning sessions to coordinate integrations related to order processing, inventory alignment, returns, and fulfillment activities.

• Manage formal risk, issue, and change control processes, escalating key decisions and concerns to executive sponsors when needed.

• Oversee go-live readiness by coordinating cutover planning, testing support, data migration governance, and post-launch stabilization efforts.

• Communicate project status, strategic trade-offs, and major decisions to audiences ranging from team contributors to senior leadership committees.

• 8-12 years of experience leading IT projects, including at least 5 years managing large-scale enterprise or multi-system programs.

• Hands-on familiarity with ERP?WMS tools and platforms such as Jira, NetSuite, and WMS applications is strongly preferred.

• Proven success delivering a major implementation or platform replacement involving a warehouse management system, order management system, or customer-facing e-commerce solution.

• Strong experience managing third-party SaaS vendors, implementation partners, and systems integrators across different contract models.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to protect scope and schedule while maintaining strong working relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience in retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments with awareness of seasonal operating constraints is advantageous.
