• Direct external implementation partners and service providers to ensure delivery commitments align with statements of work and contractual targets.
• Develop an integrated roadmap that connects Agile delivery cycles with operational deadlines, including business-critical cutover periods.
• Facilitate cross-system planning sessions to coordinate integrations related to order processing, inventory alignment, returns, and fulfillment activities.
• Manage formal risk, issue, and change control processes, escalating key decisions and concerns to executive sponsors when needed.
• Oversee go-live readiness by coordinating cutover planning, testing support, data migration governance, and post-launch stabilization efforts.
• Communicate project status, strategic trade-offs, and major decisions to audiences ranging from team contributors to senior leadership committees.
• 8-12 years of experience leading IT projects, including at least 5 years managing large-scale enterprise or multi-system programs.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP?WMS tools and platforms such as Jira, NetSuite, and WMS applications is strongly preferred.
• Proven success delivering a major implementation or platform replacement involving a warehouse management system, order management system, or customer-facing e-commerce solution.
• Strong experience managing third-party SaaS vendors, implementation partners, and systems integrators across different contract models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to protect scope and schedule while maintaining strong working relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments with awareness of seasonal operating constraints is advantageous.
