Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions  
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum 
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
  • Oversee identity and access management, data quality, and data retention & destruction
  • Lead partner teams in disaster recovery, security, and vulnerability management efforts
  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure application stability, resiliency, and compliance with firm policies
  • Oversee vendor management for SaaS applications and components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals 
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization 
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity. 
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations. 
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients  
  • Technical exposure in technology resiliency, governance, risk and compliance, asset management, vulnerability management, incident and event management, development, operations, strategy, security operations, data protection, and identity and access management
  • Ability to distill broad guidance into actionable tasks and navigate complex processes
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence across organizational and geographical boundaries
  • Superior control orientation, analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build rapport and exercise authority in a collaborative environment
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities

  • Experience supporting a mix of SaaS and internally developed applications.
  • Familiarity with healthcare payments or financial technology environments.
