PARTS COUNTER CLERK 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Parts Counter Clerk for a company based in Bessemer, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with several things such as inventory, forklift, PPE and more. This company offers a wide range of opportunities to advance and is vastly growing with each day.

Pay Rate 
Pay is strictly depending on experience 

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 30 pm.

Parts Counter Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accepting and Entering Received Deliveries o Input Received Purchase Orders into FishBowl for Inventory Purposes
  • Assist with Items being Received and Picked Up or Directing Drivers where they need to be for these items
  • Assist Different Areas of the Plant by Pulling and Distributing Parts and Supplies
  • Lifting and Organizing Parts and Supplies
  • Assisting in the Stores Department with Inventory, Parts, Data Entry, and Organizing
  • If Fuel Needs to be Filled
Parts Counter Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma / Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to perform job specific physical requirements under the specified working conditions including, but not limited to: o Able to Bend, Kneel, Stretch, and Lift at least 50lbs
  • Forklift and Warehouse Skills
  • Reliable and Timely Transportation
  • Working Knowledge of Different Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Parts for Various Types of Job Tasks o Including Carpentry, Concrete, Electrical, Welding, and Plumbing Supplies
  • Skilled in Data Entry, Inventory, Microsoft Office, RFID Scanners, and Receiving Computer Software
