Job description

A mechanical and plumbing engineering firm specializing in custom designs and complex building solutions is seeking a Mechanical & Plumbing Construction Administrator to play a vital role in supporting their growing project portfolio across Healthcare, Education, and Commercial sectors at their Sacramento office. Your construction expertise will ensure quality, compliance, and effective collaboration from design to delivery.

Your Day Includes

  • Reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs

  • Conducting site observations and system troubleshooting

  • Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients

  • Preparing change order documents and technical reports

  • Ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards

Must Haves

  • 6+ years in Mechanical Engineering, M&P Construction Administration, or applicable trade

  • Proficiency with BlueBeam, BIM360, Newforma, Pro-Core, and mobile tech (iPad/laptop)

  • EIT or PE preferred but not required
