The Food Server is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service, taking orders, and delivering food in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist in answering questions about the menu and specials. Offer recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.

  3. Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly, checking for order accuracy before delivering to guests. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience.
  4. Table Maintenance: Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils. Reset tables promptly to provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere for the next guests.
  5. Up-Selling: Encourage guests to explore menu options, including appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks, to enhance their dining experience and increase revenue.
