We represent active buyers including private equity platforms and institutional capital, sourcing
and closing acquisitions across trade services, industrial, and consumer sectors. Our analyst
program is built around live deal flow. You will not be observing transactions. You will be
expected to source opportunities and move deals forward.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced, performance-driven role. The people who advance here
move fast, qualify hard, and take ownership of their pipeline from week one.
This role involves high daily call volume. Expect 150–200+ outbound calls per day.

Buyside Outreach and Sourcing
I. Represent active acquisition mandates. Identify and qualify seller conversations on behalf of PE platforms and institutional buyers
deploying capital now.
II. Opportunity Research and Scoring
Build targeted acquisition lists. Evaluate businesses against mandate criteria. Research private equity firms by fund thesis, AUM, and
portfolio gaps.
III. Transaction Coordination
Manage deal process between qualified sellers and buyers. NDA execution, materials distribution, scheduling, and process continuity
from first call through LOI.
IV. PE Firm Engagement
Interface directly with private equity firms. Build contact maps, draft outreach, and coordinate introductions with fund decision-makers
on active mandates.

Deal Sourcing Analyst
Outbound outreach, seller qualification, and meeting coordination. You develop an instinct for what makes a deal worth pursuing and what kills
it.
I N T E R M E D I A T E
Research and Pipeline Analyst
Build and score target lists. Track pipeline quality and flag opportunities against mandate criteria. You become the filter between raw leads and
senior review.

Deal Coordinator
Own the full process from qualified introduction to closed transaction. Manage both sides of the deal with senior advisory support.
S E N I O R
PE Relations and Buyside Lead
Represent the firm with institutional buyers and PE platforms. Run your own segment of the pipeline with independent accountability.
P R I N C I P A L T R A C K
Senior Analyst and Associate Advisor
Lead a vertical, mentor junior analysts, carry your own transactions. The ceiling here is set by what you are capable of, not by how long you
have been here.

- Comfortable on the phone with business owners and institutional buyers in the same week
- Sales-driven and phone-comfortable. No finance background required, but you need to be able to hold a cold conversation and not fold under pressure.
- Decisive enough to qualify fast and disciplined enough to move on when it is not a fit
- Self-directed and organized, able to manage a live pipeline without being managed
- Motivated by outcomes and ownership over everything else

This is a performance-driven role. Advancement is merit-based with no fixed timeline. Seats are limited and reviewed on a
rolling basis.
Performance-based compensation with uncapped upside. Analysts who source and close deals participate directly in the
economics.
Top performers move into advisory roles quickly.
