Ryder is Now Hiring Local CDL-A Truck Drivers in Fort Wayne, INEarn Up to $1,385+ per Week - Home Daily


Pay, Home Time & More:
  • Earn $1,385+ per week
  • Weekly Guarantee: $1,385 per week
  • Solo Miles Pay: $0.51 per mile with 2,500 miles per week
  • Solo Stops Pay: $10.00 per stop with 10 - 20 stops per week
  • Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop/Hook
  • Sign-On Bonus: Pays you $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days
  • Shutdown Bonus: Pays you $2,000 in 2 installments in your first year
  • Safety Bonus: Pays you up to $250 per quarter if applicable
  • Route: Local, home daily
  • Comprehensive benefits package


Schedule, Freight & Equipment:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
  • Start time: Must be open to AM or PM due to bid system
  • Deliver solo to: Within 500 - 600 miles of Fort Wayne, IN
  • Tractor Type: Day cab
  • Trailer type: Dry van 53’
  • Freight: No-touch - auto-parts
  • Strong backing skills required

Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months of experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test and Road Test
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
