RYDE is a cutting‑edge wellness and stimulation shot, designed for those who live fast, push limits, and demand more from their functional beverage solutions. As a rapidly growing startup, RYDE has successfully launched on Amazon, secured key retail partnerships in the retail space, and is looking to expand its footprint nationally.

The Sr. Manager Strategic Accounts – RYDE will support the Director of Trade in driving the brand’s national expansion across the U.S. This individual will be responsible for account management for the category, including the proposal of identifying, securing, and growing our portfolio of beverage retailers, distributors, and food service accounts. This position holder will help develop and shape go‑to‑market strategies, amplify our market reach across multiple accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Cultivate and high‑impact critical account relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achievement of ambitious growth targets through strategic planning
  • Support customer P&L management from above and below the line, ensuring margin delivery is congruent with Ryde: Financial Targets
  • Develop and execute channel strategies focused on delivering Trade Financials through increased volume and market share
  • Create joint business plans with top‑tier partners and internal stakeholders to unlock volume, drive sales, visibility, and profitability
  • Leverage data‑driven insights to guide account performance, and deliver tailored education and coaching focused on growth, upselling, and cross‑selling to customers
  • Support cross‑functional efforts with Trade Marketing and field execution teams to ensure flawless retail activation and alignment with account strategies
  • Identify and propose new strategic partners (new retail, distributor, and food service opportunities) that align with company growth priorities
  • Prospect, pitch, and secure new accounts within the beverage category across grocery, convenience, on‑premises, and emerging channels
  • Support in negotiating favorable distribution agreements, pricing, and promotional strategies that drive sustainable growth
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high‑value opportunities
  • Partner with sales leadership to refine national go‑to‑market strategies and channel prioritisation
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform brand, pricing, and promotional decisions
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
What are we looking for?
  • 3-5 years of sales leadership and/or account management experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong new business development experience with established industry networks
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong analytical acumen with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
  • Self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
