JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Pharmacy Training is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the Outcomes Training Pharmacy. This leader ensures successful onboarding of new pharmacy clients, advances the capabilities of existing customers through ongoing education, and partners with Sales by hosting prospective customers in a live training environment. The role serves as the clinical and operational expert for Rx30, Computer-Rx, PillCount, workflow automation, and pharmacy clinical services while collaborating across Client Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to maximize customer adoption and outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Outcomes Training Pharmacy.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation training for new pharmacy customers.
  • Design advanced education programs for existing clients to improve utilization and outcomes.
  • Deliver hands-on instruction for Rx30, Computer-Rx, PillCount, workflow automation, and Outcomes solutions.
  • Train pharmacy teams on MTM, immunizations, adherence programs, point-of-care testing, medication synchronization, and other clinical services.
  • Host prospective clients and conduct live product demonstrations in partnership with the Sales organization.
  • Develop standardized training curriculum, certification pathways, and best-practice playbooks.
  • Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, and training effectiveness using defined KPIs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for pharmacy workflow optimization and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Product and Client Success to identify enhancement opportunities based on customer feedback.
  • Represent Outcomes at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
  • Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD preferred) in good standing.
  • Minimum five (5) years of community/retail pharmacy experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Rx30 and/or Computer-Rx pharmacy management systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise delivering pharmacy clinical services.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflow automation technologies including PillCount.
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and adult learning skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with pharmacy owners, operators, and executive leaders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Position is based on-site in Kansas City, Missouri.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of five years of retail/community pharmacy experience.
  • Experience implementing pharmacy technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience training pharmacists and pharmacy staff strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales demonstrations or customer success initiatives preferred.
