**This position is an onsite role based out of our Downtown Minneapolis office**

As a trusted and reliable member of the top producing Multifamily team, you bring a positive, customer service approach that benefits our clients and everyone you work with. You love diving deep into research and financial analysis to provide ultimate solutions and proposals to your clients. You're passionate about commercial real estate and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge in the industry.

As a Financial Analyst you will be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, you're a problem solver who's always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results.

In this role, you will...

• Optimize clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios

• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow in addition to ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities

• Provide exceptional service to our clients by creating analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence lease/ purchase decisions

• Have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are also comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP's and new business pitches

• Excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area

• 2-4 years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis

• Commercial real estate experience

• Argus modelling experience

Approximate Compensation for this Role: Annual salary range: $70,000 - $84,226

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits
Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
