Job description

Veterinary practice located in Irvine is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, detail oriented Veterinary Assistant or RVT to join our team. If you are high energy, love working with animals and people too, you may be a match for us! Ease with handling animals and people a must. MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A VETERINARY TECHNICIAN OR ASSISTANT REQUIRED. Some computer skills necessary. Your duties would include assisting the veterinarian in appointments and with treatments, invoicing services, collecting lab samples, I.V. catheter placement, performing dentals, administering injections (IV, IM, SQ), running in-house laboratory tests, surgical prep and monitoring as well as follow-up care of animals in our clinic. Applicants familiar with Cornerstone software preferred.
Availability must include Weekdays and Saturdays
