Their work includes servicing electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, propane systems, appliances, and the structural components of RVs. They may also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and install new equipment. RV service technicians work at dealerships, service centers, or as mobile service providers, ensuring RVs remain safe and functional for travel and living.

Maxie Price RV is growing and we are looking for motivated, dependable, and skilled RV Service Technicians to join our team.

We are searching for technicians who take pride in their work, care about quality, and want to be part of a fast-moving dealership environment with long-term opportunity.

RV experience is preferred, but candidates with strong automotive, diesel, marine, construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The right candidate is a problem solver who can work independently, stay productive without constant supervision, and take ownership of repairs from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Diagnosing and repairing RV systems and components
• Electrical troubleshooting (12V and 120V systems)
• Plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, and roof repairs
• PDI inspections and customer walkthrough preparation
• Warranty and internal repair work
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and think critically
• Self-motivated and dependable work ethic
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic tool ownership preferred

WE VALUE TECHNICIANS WHO:

• Show up ready to work every day
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Care about doing repairs correctly the first time
• Want to continue learning and improving their skill set
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Competitive pay based on experience and productivity
• Consistent full-time work
• Growth opportunity within a rapidly growing dealership
• Supportive team environment
• Modern dealership facilities and steady workflow

If you are tired of dead-end shops, inconsistent work, or poor management and want to work somewhere that values good technicians, we want to talk to you.

Apply today and build a long-term career with one of Georgia’s growing RV dealerships.
