CUSTOMER SERVICE + ORGANIZATION + PROBLEM SOLVING

Maxie Price RV is looking for a highly motivated and organized Service Advisor to join our growing service department.

This position is one of the most important roles in the dealership. The Service Advisor serves as the bridge between customers and technicians — helping manage repairs, communication, scheduling, and customer expectations from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is professional, calm under pressure, highly organized, and excellent with people.

RV experience is preferred, but strong candidates from automotive, powersports, marine, trucking, construction equipment, or other service-related industries are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Greeting and assisting service customers
• Writing repair orders and documenting customer concerns clearly
• Communicating with technicians throughout the repair process
• Updating customers consistently and professionally
• Scheduling appointments and managing workflow
• Coordinating warranty claims and approvals
