What You'll Do

  • Learn all RV categories; tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes. Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
  • Present preliminary used vehicle appraisals, Airstream unit attributes, model options, features and advise on towing requirements.
  • Present purchase and finance options and store policies and all other value-added services to guests.
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track guests using store specific management system/s.
  • Prepare departmental reports and metrics.
  • May cross train to perform other duties.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in RV sales, is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit, department net and/or bonus opportunities such as gross achievement, manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
