In the Parts & Accessory Delivery Consultant position, you'll be the go-to expert who connects customers with the right parts, accessories, and upgrades. Whether you're hosting an orientation for new owners or helping repeat customers at the counter, you'll use your sales instincts, product knowledge, and people skills to boost customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. • Actively identify customer needs and recommend related products, packages, and upgrades.
  • Drive add-on revenue by presenting must-have accessories during orientation sessions.
  • Assist customers in choosing compatible parts for repairs, replacements, or custom upgrades.
  • Stay ahead of RV and marine trends to confidently promote new or seasonal products.
  • Meet or exceed personal and departmental sales goals through consistent, customer-first selling.

Customer Orientation & Product Education

  • Lead engaging, product-focused walkthroughs for new RV and boat owners during delivery.
  • Demonstrate high-value parts and accessories-highlighting benefits, maintenance needs, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Position add-ons (e.g., leveling systems, towing gear, water system accessories, electronics) as solutions that enhance safety and convenience.
  • Build trust by clearly explaining warranty details, care instructions, and long-term maintenance options.

Team Collaboration & Store Support

  • Partner with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth unit deliveries and timely parts preparation.
  • Work with the parts department to track inventory, maintain well-stocked displays, and highlight high-margin items.
  • Support merchandising efforts to increase visibility of key products and promotions.
  • Participate in store events, product demos, and customer Q&A sessions to boost traffic and sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or service experience in RV, marine, powersports, automotive, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for the outdoor, boating, and camping lifestyle.
  • Self-driven, approachable, and confident selling solutions that enhance the customer's experience.
  • Experience demonstrating equipment or teaching customers is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills-comfortable guiding customers one-on-one or in small groups.
  • Basic computer and POS system skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage + commission based on eligible parts and accessory sales
  • Employee discounts on units and merchandise company wide
  • Paid product training and certifications
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and 401k program
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • Opportunities for advancement within a growing dealership
