Execute check-in and check-out procedures accurately, including site assignment, fee collection, and documentation

Manage reservations via the property management system (PMS); process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations

Handle guest inquiries by phone, email, and in-person regarding availability, rates, park amenities, and local area information

Issue and reconcile daily cash drawer; process payments by cash, credit card, and other accepted methods

Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data within the PMS

Park Rules & Compliance

Communicate and consistently enforce park policies, quiet hours, and site-use guidelines in a respectful and professional manner

Monitor arrivals and ensure site assignments align with reservation type (RV length, hookup requirements, pet policy, etc.)

Report and escalate unresolved guest conduct issues or policy violations to the Park Manager

Administrative & Office Duties

Perform general office functions including filing, data entry, printing, and daily shift reporting

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area at all times

Complete shift checklists and hand-off communications to ensure continuity between shifts

Assist with preparation of daily occupancy summaries and other basic operational reports as directed

Facilities & Grounds Support (as needed)

Conduct periodic walkthroughs of the property to ensure cleanliness, order, and guest readiness

Report maintenance concerns, equipment malfunctions, or grounds issues to the appropriate department

Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with a diverse guest population

Basic computer literacy; comfort learning and operating a property management or reservation system

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain accountability for a cash drawer

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
