Annual Salary: $40,618 - $43,591
The purpose of this classification is to perform work associated with the development and on-going provision of peer support services within the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office in support of the Rutherford County Re-Entry Services and Recovery Courts. Provides guidance and consultation to Sheriff's Office employees, citizens, and to the Re-Entry and Recovery Court staff. Responsible for handling a case load involving clients, referrals, and performing crisis interventions. May make recommendations and referrals for clients when needed. Also, responsible for documentation, maintaining case records, and ensuring treatment data is maintained IAW 42 CFR, Section 2, HIPAA confidentiality regulations, and NADCP best practices.
