Position Overview
As a Client Success Trainee, you'll begin your career journey in the insurance industry with hands-on training and real-world experience. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, driven, and ready to grow within a remote, 100% commission environment. You'll learn how to build lasting relationships, serve existing clients, and help new policyholders feel supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in onboarding and training to understand our client success strategies
  • Support clients through the insurance application and onboarding process
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in the CRM
  • Learn how to identify opportunities for policy updates, renewals, or upsells
  • Provide responsive, caring service to every client interaction
