Position Overview
We're seeking a Customer Retention Sales Manager to lead and grow a team focused on client loyalty, satisfaction, and policy renewals. In this fully remote, 100% commission-based role, you'll be responsible for ensuring existing policyholders remain protected, engaged, and supported-while also developing the skills of a high-performing retention team.
This is an ideal role for a relationship-driven leader with a strong background in sales, service, or client management.

Qualifications
