Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on Food amp; Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant operations while developing a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about hospitality, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations while achieving financial performance goals
  • Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable to service and operational standards
  • Increase revenue through strategic upselling, promotions, and performance initiatives
  • Oversee labor management, including payroll review and overtime control
  • Implement and support in-house marketing efforts and loyalty programs
  • Ensure consistent onboarding, training execution, and performance management practices
  • Uphold company policies, labor regulations, and all permit requirements
