Job description


  • Design and develop the quality process and test automation initiatives for resilient, performant, and scalable energy-sector solutions

  • Architect, build, and evolve test automation frameworks and pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases

  • Establish patterns for test data generation, mocks/stubs, and environment parity

  • Collaborate with company leadership, product management, developers, and cross-functional teams to turn requirements into repeatable, business-driven testing

  • Implement quality gates using quantifiable metrics such as defect escape rate, test reliability, and meaningful-layer coverage

  • Make quality visible to engineering leaders

  • Coach engineers on testability, design-for-quality, and clean code practices

  • Lead test strategy on complex initiatives


Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Related Field; equivalent work experience may be considered

  • 2-5 years of experience in software testing with a demonstrated focus on test automation or quality engineering at scale

  • Competency in one or more of UI Automation, API/Service Testing, Back-End/Service Automation, and Performance Testing

  • Proficiency in one or more of Rust, JavaScript, Python, and C++
