  • Provide strong customer service to internal and external partners
  • Respond promptly to production issues and support the systems you help manage. Most support needs are expected during core daytime hours, though occasional after-hours support may be needed as the environment evolves
What We Are Looking For
  • Professional application development work experience, demonstrated (not entry-level)

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of reinsurance business processes and data
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and/or Azure Cosmos DB
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics platforms, or cloud-based data environments.
  • Python development with common libraries such as Pandas and NumPy (and similar)
  • Familiarity with job scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., ZEKE/ZENA)
  • Familiarity with large language models, AI coding assistants, and reviewing or understanding AI-generated code
  • Azure cloud experience (e.g., Azure Functions) and/or containerization (Docker)
  • Exposure to AKS (including cron jobs) and Azure DevOps repositories/pipelines/releases
