What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Consultant, Data Engineering & AI Analytic Enablement role will be accountable for the day-to-day and strategic opportunities that align with the Equities Technology team, within Capital Markets Technology. You will focus on designing and build scalable data platforms supporting analytics, and AI-driven workflows. This role combines data engineering, data modeling, and applied AI development to enable analytics use cases. You will create next generation analytics assets to enable data-driven decision making for business partners. In this role, you will lead the delivery of data driven insights and solutions to evaluate client behaviors and to optimize business decisions related to product, campaign, pricing and other business areas. Our team is at the forefront of designing scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI-driven innovation.

How You'll Succeed

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate experience with: 7+ years in data architecture and engineering roles within large-scale enterprise environments. 5+ years' experience in languages (Python, PySpark, SQL), Databases, Azure Cloud, ETL (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data lake/warehouse technologies), Azure App Service (Function App, Web Service, API App), Tools (source control/issue management: Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, JIRA), Application Health-check and Innovation. Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. Implement robust data ingestion frameworks (batch and real-time). Ensure pipeline reliability, performance, and observability. Design and maintain silver layer tables and views to support analytics and reporting. DevOps adoption Designing and implementing applications for Data Integration in Azure cloud. Experience leading the execution across multiple technologies and projects. Demonstrated ability to design and develop applications with proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, and web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular. Experience with cross-platform integration to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between diverse systems, applications, and technologies. Strong Asset if you have experience with C#, Java, AI implementation, and experience integrating LLMs or AI tools into workflows.
