What is a Russian speaking role player?

Russian Speaking Role Players are individuals who participate in simulation exercises, training scenarios, or assessments where they portray Russian-speaking characters. They are often hired by organizations such as law enforcement, military, or language training centers to help trainees practice communication, negotiation, or cultural skills in realistic settings. These role players must be fluent in Russian and able to convincingly act out assigned roles based on detailed scripts or improvisational guidelines.
