Job Description:

We are a warm and caring family seeking a live-in, Russian-speaking nanny to join our home and care for a 2.5-year-old child. The right candidate will be fluent in Russian and able to provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally supportive environment. Language development is a priority, and we are looking for someone who will speak Russian throughout the day.

This is a live-in position with a private room and all meals provided. Our home is maintained by a professional cleaning service, so your responsibilities will focus solely on childcare. A car will be provided for any child-related transportation needs, and a valid driver’s license is required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-time, loving care for our 2.5-year-old

  • Speak Russian throughout the day to encourage language fluency

  • Plan and lead educational and engaging activities (reading, outdoor play, arts and crafts, etc.)

  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the child

  • Follow a consistent daily routine (naps, meals, activities)

  • Assist with potty training (if needed)

  • Keep the child’s belongings and play area tidy (no general housekeeping required)

  • Drive the child to/from activities as needed (car provided)

  • Maintain regular and open communication with parents


Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent Russian speaker

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with toddlers

  • Valid driver’s license; comfortable driving with a child

  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)

  • Legal ability to work in [insert country]
