Job description

Sinai Hospital's Department of Medicine is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant, with Russian language proficiency preferred.
This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring a seamless, patient-centered experience. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily administrative and operational functions of the medical office
  • Manage incoming calls, triage inquiries, and appropriately route complex matters
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Schedule appointments, maintain provider calendars, and coordinate meetings and conferences

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Language: Bilingual Russian proficiency preferred

Pay Range: $17.00 to $27.29 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including the market range, candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as internal peer equity.
